If you do not have any form of employment contract or written statement of particulars, we can help.
We offer an Initial telephone consultation free of charge where we can discuss your situation and the options available to you.
Contrary to popular belief, Contracts of Employment do not actually have to be in writing, however, every employee must have a written statement of particulars of terms and conditions of employment within 2 months of commencing employment. Your employer can be penalised if you do not have this.
The Employment Rights Act 1996 provides for this and the statement must include such things as the name of the employer, the date when the employment commenced, pay and hours of work.
We can advise you on what documentation should be in place for your employment.
We offer a number of funding options for employment law cases and will be happy to discuss these with you.
